This endpoint simulates updating the KYB information and marking the funding as paid out.

Endpoint can be used only for PENDING fundings without paid_out_at timestamp.

In the live environment, fundings are paid out once the Business successfully completes the KYB process.

For explicit control before payout, use POST /api/v1/capital/simulation/fundings/applications/{application_id}/accept.
