In the live environment, payments can fail when debit of Business bank account has failed, e.g. due to insufficient balance.
To simulate a similar event in the sandbox environment, and bring the Payment to FAILED state, you can use this endpoint.
Payment will be automatically scheduled, if it has not been yet.
Only available in sandbox environment.
